Key responsibilities include managing Zscaler admin portals for proactive client public IP additions, setting up URL categorization rules, and creating exceptions for uncategorized traffic. You will maintain admin accounts and roles, communicate planned maintenance or outages to customers, and manage bandwidth prioritization for new websites.
This role also involves presenting advanced threat and malware protection settings for audit, maintaining network services and IP/FQDN groups, and blocking malicious IPs as identified by the Security Operations Center. You will create sub-locations for sites on the Zscaler admin portal, control ZApp application versions for end-users, and test new ZApp features, presenting findings to the Security Architecture team. Troubleshooting proxy-related issues with end-users and maintaining sandbox controls on Zscaler are also integral parts of this position.
We are looking for a candidate with 9 to 12 years of hands-on experience, demonstrating strong expertise in Zscaler, ZIA, and ZPA implementation and deployment. Essential skills include proficiency with Zscaler Cloud Proxy (ZIA & ZPA), Z-App Mobile, and other Zscaler features.
Candidates should be adept at managing and troubleshooting the Zscaler App portal by creating Application Control and Web Control policies. Possession of Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator - Internet Access (ZCCA-IA) and Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator - Private Access (ZCCA-PA) certifications is highly desirable. Experience with network services and IP/FQDN groups for firewall control is also required.
