We Built SkillMX Because Hiring Was Broken
Resumes are a terrible way to judge whether someone can actually do a job.
Think about it - a hiring manager spends maybe 6 seconds on a resume before deciding yes or no. Six seconds. And that decision is based on formatting, job titles, and whether the right keywords happen to appear. Nothing about that tells you if the person can actually do the work.
That's the problem we set out to fix.

We're not a job board. We're not a resume template site. We're something in between - a place where your actual capabilities get a fair shot.
