As the Zone Delivery Head, you will own end-to-end delivery governance for large portfolios and programs, ensuring exceptional quality, adherence to SLAs, and robust risk control. Drive significant business and financial performance by managing P&L, spearheading revenue growth, optimizing margins, and accurate forecasting. Cultivate strategic client relationships at the CXO level, foster account expansion, and serve as a trusted advisor. Provide leading technical and transformation guidance in areas like architecture, Agile, DevOps, automation, and digital transformation. Lead and mentor global teams of over 500 resources, developing talent and cultivating a culture of high performance.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 14-16 years of extensive experience in delivery and portfolio management, encompassing large-scale ADM and Run & Build engagements. Proven expertise in financial management, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and driving margin improvement, is essential. Strong capabilities in client and stakeholder management, with a demonstrated history of CXO engagement and business development, are paramount. A deep understanding of technical and transformation domains such as Agile, DevOps, Automation, and Digital Transformation is required. Exceptional leadership skills are needed to manage teams of 500+ members, foster leadership development, and ensure effective organizational governance.
