We are seeking a technically proficient Java Tech Lead with extensive full-stack expertise. The ideal candidate will leverage Java/Spring Boot for backend development and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like React or Angular for the frontend. A key aspect of this role involves practical experience with Generative AI and AI-assisted software engineering tools to enhance developer productivity, software quality, and overall engineering velocity.

This position involves leading technical design and development for complex enterprise applications, defining architecture, design patterns, and coding standards. You will make pragmatic technology decisions balancing key factors like scalability, maintainability, security, performance, and time-to-market. The role requires conducting architecture reviews, providing technical direction, and resolving complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities also include hands-on full-stack development using Java and Spring Boot, building RESTful APIs and microservices, and developing frontend applications with React/Angular/TypeScript/JavaScript. You'll work across the entire application stack, from UI to databases and cloud infrastructure, actively participating in coding, debugging, refactoring, and performance optimization. Designing and implementing automated testing across various levels is also a crucial part of this role.

Required experience includes 10-15 years in software engineering, with strong hands-on Java development, Spring Boot, and microservices expertise. Proficiency in full-stack development and experience with React or Angular are essential. A solid understanding of RESTful APIs is mandatory.

Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Java 11/17/21+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, Microservices architecture, JPA/Hibernate, SQL/NoSQL databases, and event-driven technologies like Kafka. Frontend experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3 is also expected. Familiarity with cloud-native practices (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) and software architecture principles (Microservices, DDD, SOLID) is highly desirable. Experience with AI-based software engineering tools is a plus.
