Key responsibilities include spearheading the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow and Workday implementation, integration, and migration projects. You will manage project planning, maintain clear stakeholder communication, oversee risk management, and ensure successful project execution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across business and technology is essential for timely delivery, alongside driving requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Engaging with global stakeholders and third-party vendors to achieve desired business outcomes is also a critical part of this role.

The ideal candidate possesses over 12 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Project Management capacity. Proven hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementation and integration projects is essential, complemented by experience in Workday implementations or integrations (covering HR, Finance, or related modules). A strong grasp of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and enterprise application delivery is required. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are a must. Experience in HRSD, ITSM, integrations, or digital transformation programs is highly preferred. This position is based in Bangalore, and candidates must either reside there or be willing to relocate.
