This role is for a Z4_Scrum Master based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

The Scrum Master will orchestrate Agile events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning sessions. A key aspect of this role involves proactively identifying and removing impediments, managing dependencies across the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure smooth progress.

Furthermore, the Scrum Master will coach team members on Lean-Agile principles, fostering self-management and a commitment to built-in quality. This position also requires representing the team in Scrum of Scrums and collaborating with fellow Scrum Masters to optimize value delivery across the organization.

Candidates should possess proven experience as a Scrum Master within a scaled agile framework. A strong understanding of SAFe principles, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies is essential for success in this role.

While not mandatory, a SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification is highly preferred. This role is ideal for experienced professionals looking to leverage their Agile expertise in a leading global company.
