Join NTT DATA, a global leader in business and technology services, as a Senior Architect specializing in OpenText Content Management. This role is pivotal in designing and overseeing the architecture for OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, Intelligent Viewing, and Directory Services. You will lead the technical vision for both on-premises and cloud deployments, establishing standards for customization and integration to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

As a key technical authority, you will shape the future of our content management and archiving landscape. Your expertise will guide development teams and ensure adherence to corporate security and compliance mandates, driving innovation and responsible implementation.

Architect and design end-to-end solutions for OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, Intelligent Viewing, and OTDS. Develop target architectures, high-level and low-level designs, and integration blueprints. Define concepts for sizing, high-availability, disaster-recovery, performance, and scalability, validating through testing. Establish information architecture, including classification, metadata, permissions, and retention policies. Design archiving strategies and identity/access management using OTDS with SSO and federation. Set standards for Content Server and Smart UI customization, and define integration architectures using APIs.

Develop migration strategies for content and metadata. Govern upgrade and patching plans. Review designs and code, acting as an escalation point for technical challenges. Ensure designs comply with security, data protection, and compliance requirements. Support planning, risk management, and decision-making with stakeholders. Drive documentation and knowledge transfer, and mentor the development team.

Proven experience in architecture and design of OpenText Content Server solutions for large enterprises. Deep understanding of OpenText Archive Center, Intelligent Viewing, and Directory Services (OTDS). Expertise in Content Server customization, including OScript, WebReports, LiveReports, and workflows. Proficiency in Smart UI customization and API-driven integration architectures. Strong knowledge of non-functional design aspects like performance tuning, HA/DR, and security architecture. Excellent documentation skills (HLD/LLD, ADRs) and communication in English are essential.

Familiarity with OpenText Cloud (CSP), hybrid cloud architectures, containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Helm), and infrastructure-as-code is highly desirable. Experience with content and archive migration programs at scale, search, indexing, and databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) is beneficial. An agile mindset with experience in CI/CD and DevOps is also valued. Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders is crucial.
