Ideal candidates possess strong full-stack expertise, with proficiency in Java/Spring Boot for backend development and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like React or Angular for frontend. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging Generative AI and AI-assisted software engineering tools to enhance developer productivity, software quality, automation, and overall engineering velocity.

As a Z4_FS Developer, you will provide technical leadership by defining application architecture, design patterns, and engineering practices. You will make pragmatic technology decisions balancing scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Engage in hands-on full-stack development, building scalable applications with Java and Spring Boot, developing RESTful APIs, and creating frontend applications using React/Angular/TypeScript/JavaScript. You'll work across the entire application stack, from UI to databases, and participate actively in coding, debugging, and performance optimization.

Furthermore, you will troubleshoot issues across the UI, API, service, and database layers, and demonstrate practical adoption of AI across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with cloud-native practices and deployment of microservices in a cloud environment is highly desirable.

We require a Java Tech Lead with 9-12 years of software engineering experience, demonstrating strong hands-on Java development, Spring Boot, and Microservices expertise. Proficiency in full-stack development, including experience with React or Angular, and a solid understanding of REST are essential.

Familiarity with modern frontend ecosystems (React/Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3) and backend technologies (Java 11/17/21+, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, multithreading) is expected. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools is advantageous.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of software architecture principles like Microservices, Domain-Driven Design, SOLID, and design patterns. The ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions is crucial. Experience with AI engineering tools like GitHub Copilot or equivalent is a plus.
