As an SRE Engineer, you will empower full-stack teams by supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of operational aspects. You'll collaboratively drive best practices, architectural decisions, and team collaboration models. Your key responsibilities include managing and advancing the core platform for application teams, alongside developing and maintaining essential templates. You will also oversee application infrastructure monitoring, pinpoint performance bottlenecks, and devise effective optimization strategies. Expect to engage with SRE fundamentals and conduct blameless postmortems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Proficiency in CI/CD, agile methodologies, and Infrastructure-as-Code is essential. You should have hands-on experience with technologies such as Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Bash, Azure, Git, and Postgres. Familiarity with monitoring concepts and tools like Datadog is advantageous. A strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Azure, is expected.
