This role involves leading complex Pega upgrade projects, ensuring application stability, performance, and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Architects, Lead System Architects, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams, to deliver robust and scalable Pega solutions.

Lead end-to-end Pega platform upgrades from legacy versions to Pega Infinity, including impact assessments and remediation plans.

Design and develop enterprise-grade Pega solutions, configuring Case Types, Data Pages, Flows, Decisioning, Integrations, Security, and Reporting.

Conduct performance analysis and tuning post-upgrade, identifying and mitigating application bottlenecks for optimal scalability and reliability.

Support CI/CD pipeline automation, manage branch strategies, and coordinate code migration across environments.

Assist with SIT, UAT, and production validation, analyzing and resolving defects, and providing hypercare support.

Possess a CSSA Certification and demonstrate strong hands-on experience in Pega Upgrade Projects, specifically migrating from Pega 7.x/8.x to Pega Infinity.

Proficiency in Pega AI, CDH, Pega Case Management, Data Pages, and various integration technologies (REST, SOAP, Kafka, JMS).

Solid understanding of Security Frameworks (SSO, OAuth, LDAP, SAML), Performance Tuning, Branching, Application Packaging, and Deployment Management.

Experience with SQL and Postgres is required.
