Your role will involve continuously improving our systems within an agile environment and reducing cloud component complexity into an easily manageable service.

Key responsibilities include: - Reviewing software design, code, and deliverables to ensure high-quality results. - Analyzing platform architect requirements for a compliant and secure Azure cloud infrastructure. - Ensuring seamless interoperability between the latest Azure products and existing components. - Designing software modules for automated testing and continuous deployments. - Providing realistic effort estimates for our platform roadmap. - Writing comprehensive behavioral and unit tests. - Setting up development and deployment environments as needed. - Documenting and reviewing operating manuals for first-level support. - Analyzing and resolving incidents in productive environments, minimizing data loss and service outages. - Proactively challenging current practices, offering constructive feedback, and promoting software development best practices to build optimal user solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with at least 5 years of full-time software development experience.

Mandatory Skills: - Expertise in the FASTAPI Python framework. - Proficiency with Infrastructure-As-Code (IAC) tools such as Pulumi or Terraform. - Experience utilizing tools like Celery and Alembic. - Hands-on programming skills in Python, Pytest, REST, and OpenAPI. - Understanding of compliance and security standards. - Proven experience with Microservice-based architecture designs. - Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with Git version control. - Practical experience working with cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Excellent social and communication skills for mentoring and knowledge sharing. - Fluency in both spoken and written English.

Desirable Skills: - Familiarity with BDD framework languages such as Gherkin. - Experience building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. - Knowledge of Azure services including Azure App Service, AKS, Azure Front Door, Azure Container Apps/Instances, Automation Accounts, RBAC, Storage Account, and Azure Application Gateway. - Understanding of software development practices like Scrum and Test-Driven Development (TDD). - Any Microsoft Azure Certifications are preferred. - Experience working within an international team is a plus.
