As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows. You will build robust integrations between ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise systems using advanced API techniques and IntegrationHub. Enhancing key modules such as HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog will be a core part of your role.

Collaborate effectively with project managers and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will also perform critical code reviews, unit testing, and deployment support, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow development best practices. Troubleshooting production issues and optimizing platform performance are also key aspects of this position.

We are seeking a candidate with 7-12 years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development. Demonstrated expertise in HRSD, ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs is essential.

Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, particularly HR integrations, is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration development is required. Familiarity with Agile delivery, Git, and CI/CD practices is also necessary. While not mandatory, ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred, with CIS-HRSD being a significant advantage. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
