NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer for our team in Bangalore, India. This role is crucial for leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives by leveraging deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows. You will also be instrumental in building robust integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced functionality.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows. You will also develop integrations between ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Building and enhancing modules such as HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management are central to this role.

Collaboration is vital; you'll work closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will also perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment support, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and troubleshooting production issues to optimize platform performance.

This position requires 7-12 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on hands-on ServiceNow development. Essential skills include strong experience with HRSD, ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs. Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP API, and integration development is a must.

Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, Git, and CI/CD practices is also required. While not mandatory, ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred, with CIS-HRSD being an added advantage. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore, India. Experience with enterprise ServiceNow implementation or migration programs, and exposure to Banking, Telecom, Healthcare, or GCCs, is highly beneficial.
