This role focuses on developing and maintaining Python automation scripts to support users and processes within GitLab and Artifactory. You will also be instrumental in creating integrations between critical tools like GitLab, Artifactory, Vault, and internal systems using Python.

Your contributions will directly improve platform operations, governance checks, access management, and administrative workflows. Collaboration with development and DevOps teams will be key to understanding platform needs and delivering effective automation solutions. A commitment to code quality and performance through refactoring is also essential.

Develop and maintain Python automation scripts for GitLab and Artifactory, covering user support, project management, configuration, reporting, cleanup, and governance.

Build and implement integrations between GitLab, Artifactory, Vault, and internal tools using Python to streamline workflows.

Design and manage scripts or tools that enhance platform operations, governance compliance, access controls, and administrative processes.

Partner with development and DevOps teams to understand platform support requirements and implement automation-driven solutions.

Ensure the quality and performance of Python code through rigorous review and refactoring.

Proven experience in Python development.

Familiarity with GitLab and Artifactory platforms.

Experience in developing automation scripts.

Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

Ability to create integrations between different systems.

Skills in code refactoring for quality and performance.
