Join NTT DATA as an Expert OpenText Cloud Developer and spearhead the cloud-native delivery of the OpenText platform. This role involves designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions for Content Server, Archive Center, Intelligent Viewing, Directory Services, and Cloud Information Archive. You will leverage Kubernetes and Helm for deployments, focusing on CI/CD, observability, resilience, and operational readiness within OpenText Cloud environments.
Key responsibilities include designing and deploying OpenText Cloud solutions, managing tenant setups, and ensuring hybrid connectivity. You will build and maintain Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests, implementing enterprise-grade Kubernetes practices such as RBAC and network policies. The role also involves setting up CI/CD pipelines, implementing comprehensive observability for containerized workloads, and designing/validating resilience through high availability and disaster recovery strategies. Ownership of cloud cutover planning and execution, performance/capacity engineering, security compliance, and acting as an expert advisor on the OpenText Cloud roadmap are also critical aspects of this position. You will produce operational runbooks and conduct knowledge transfer.
Candidates should possess expertise in deploying and operating OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, Intelligent Viewing, Directory Services, and Information Archive in cloud and containerized settings. A strong understanding of the OpenText Cloud (CSP) service model, including tenant onboarding and environment management, is essential. Proficiency in Kubernetes, including workloads, services, ingress, storage, ConfigMaps/Secrets, RBAC, network policies, and autoscaling, is required. Extensive experience with Helm for authoring and maintaining production-grade charts, along with CI/CD tooling and GitOps workflows, is also necessary. Familiarity with observability tools, cloud networking and security best practices, and backup/disaster recovery for stateful workloads is expected. Relevant certifications in Kubernetes or a major cloud platform are beneficial.
