Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Spring Boot and Kotlin.

Design and implement server-side rendering with Kotlinx HTML DSL and HTMX, alongside modern UIs using Tailwind CSS.

Build event-driven architectures and ensure high application availability and scalability.

Manage data with PostgreSQL and Redis, implementing effective caching strategies.

Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.

Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.

Work with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, ArchUnit, approval, and end-to-end tests with Playwright.

Monitor application performance using Datadog and analyze logs.

Collaborate with DevOps engineers, architects, and product owners to drive innovation and best practices.

Proven experience in backend development with Spring Boot and Kotlin is essential.

Familiarity with server-side rendering, HTMX, and Tailwind CSS is required.

Practical experience with PostgreSQL and event-based architectures, including messaging systems like AWS SQS/SNS, is necessary.

Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitHub Actions is a must.

Experience with Azure and AWS is highly desirable.

Knowledge of various testing frameworks such as JUnit, ArchUnit, Approval Tests, and Playwright is ideal.

Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog is expected.
