This role focuses on the EPDM system, crucial for managing electric and electronic component data throughout the vehicle development lifecycle. You will ensure all involved departments have access to essential data, fostering seamless collaboration.

Provide timely support and solutions for end-user issues related to the EPDM system. Develop expertise in Automotive EE domains and wiring. Create engaging audio-visual training materials and conduct tool training sessions, both in-house and online. Collaborate with global teams, document findings in Confluence and Jira, and work with clients to understand process changes. You'll also contribute to understanding automotive release processes.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in service operations or testing. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and strong communication skills are essential. Familiarity with reporting tools is beneficial. While not mandatory, German language skills are advantageous for effective role performance.
