Your responsibilities will include developing expertise in the EE Domain and wiring knowledge. You will be crucial in understanding end-user issues, providing timely support, and offering effective solutions. Experience with PLM-related tools for support activities is essential.

This role involves conducting in-house and online tool training for users, as well as creating audio-visual training materials for user manuals. You will collaborate with global teams to understand various interface applications and document/communicate your findings using Confluence and Jira.

A key aspect of this position is working closely with clients to grasp their processes and functional changes with each release. Intermediate knowledge of the automotive release process is also required to effectively manage service operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of experience in service operation or testing. Strong communication skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies are essential for success in this role.

Exposure to reporting tools will be beneficial. While not strictly mandatory, German language expertise is highly advantageous for performing the role effectively and for effective communication with international teams.

Formal qualifications include a B.E. or B.Tech degree from a reputable university. The expected experience level for this position is between 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
