The role focuses on supporting the EPDM system, a critical product data management solution for electric and electronic components within vehicle development. You will ensure seamless data flow and organization for involved departments like R&D and after-sales.

Key responsibilities include providing on-time user support and solutions, developing expertise in EE domains and wiring, and supporting PLM-related tools. You will be responsible for delivering in-house and online tool training, including creating audio-visual training content for user manuals. Collaboration with global teams to understand various interface applications is essential. You will also document and communicate findings using Confluence and Jira, and work closely with clients to manage process and functional changes during releases, applying intermediate knowledge of the automotive release process.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with 3-6 years of experience in service operation or testing. Essential skills include knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong communication abilities. Familiarity with reporting tools is required. German language proficiency is highly desirable for effective role performance. Basic knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic components is also beneficial.
