Key responsibilities include providing timely support and solutions for end-user issues, developing expertise in EE Domain and wiring knowledge, and gaining a basic understanding of automotive electrical and electronic components.

You will also be responsible for creating audio-visual training materials for user manuals, interacting with global teams to understand various interfaces, and documenting findings using Confluence and Jira. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand process and functional changes during releases, along with an intermediate understanding of the automotive release process.

Developing German language expertise is crucial, and you will provide in-house and online training sessions.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent field is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in service operation or testing.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong communication skills. Exposure to reporting tools is beneficial.

While not strictly mandatory, German speaking proficiency is highly advantageous for effectively performing the role.
