This role focuses on the Bengaluru campus facilities, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives to enhance the employee environment. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and adopting innovative technologies.

Lead comprehensive building operations, property management, and maintenance for intricate facilities within the Bengaluru portfolio. Stay attuned to Google's unique culture while actively monitoring global workplace trends, industry best practices, and cutting-edge smart building technologies. Integrate AI/ML tools into daily operational workflows to revolutionize facility tasks, maximize impact, and optimize campus infrastructure. Manage vendor agreements, ensure adherence to operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and oversee service delivery across all Bengaluru campus facilities.

A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in real estate and facilities management is essential. Demonstrable experience within an enterprise setting, adept at managing executive stakeholder relationships and leading vendor teams. Proven leadership capabilities in overseeing large campus portfolios and substantial operational budgets exceeding millions of dollars. Expertise in developing and executing workplace transformation strategies across a campus portfolio is also a key requirement.
