Join the India Regional REWS team to deliver an exceptional workplace experience for Googlers across a diverse real estate portfolio in six Indian cities. As part of the global Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) organization, you will contribute to creating innovative and supportive environments that fuel Google's growth.

This role is key to managing and enhancing Google's presence in India, ensuring our workplaces are not just functional but also inspiring and efficient.

We are looking for a strategic leader to shape the future of our campus environments and drive operational excellence.

Oversee comprehensive building operations, property management, and maintenance for complex facilities within the Bengaluru portfolio. Stay abreast of global workplace trends, market best practices, and emerging smart-building technologies, integrating them into our operations.

Leverage AI/ML tools to transform daily workflows, maximize operational impact, and optimize campus infrastructure. Manage vendor agreements, ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and guarantee high-quality service delivery across all Bengaluru campus facilities.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate and facilities management is required. Candidates should possess a strong background in enterprise environments, with proven ability in managing executive stakeholder relationships and leading vendor teams effectively.

Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing campus portfolios and managing multi-million dollar operational budgets is essential. Experience in developing and executing workplace transformation strategies across a campus portfolio is also a key requirement.

Preferred candidates will have a proven history of enhancing operational efficiency through the strategic implementation of AI/ML tools, smart building technologies, and automated workflow solutions.
