Manage all aspects of building operations, property management, and maintenance for sophisticated facilities within the Bengaluru portfolio. Integrate cutting-edge AI/ML tools into daily workflows to revolutionize facility tasks, maximize impact, and optimize campus infrastructure. Oversee vendor agreements, operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensure top-tier service delivery across all Bengaluru campus facilities. Stay abreast of global workplace trends, market best practices, and emerging smart-building technologies to inform strategy.

A minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in real estate and facilities management is essential. Proven expertise in enterprise environments, including managing executive stakeholder relationships and leading vendor teams effectively. Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing large campus portfolios and managing multi-million dollar operational budgets. Strong background in workplace transformation strategy and execution across diverse campus portfolios.
