Your expertise will be crucial in guaranteeing event technology readiness, stable power distribution, seamless hybrid/virtual streaming, and flawless AV/lighting integration for large-scale functions, corporate summits, and executive presentations.

You will set the operational vision and technical standards for event execution throughout India, developing long-term roadmaps for AV infrastructure, hybrid platforms, and venue technology. Provide strong technical leadership to production crews, AV engineers, and lighting designers, ensuring seamless delivery of critical events and broadcasts. Oversee comprehensive event logistics, including power distribution, stage design, and venue technical readiness across multiple Indian cities.

Establish clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics for external AV providers, staging crews, event technology platforms, and equipment rental partners. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with leading production houses, event tech providers, facility power engineers, and various Google cross-functional teams to ensure collaborative success.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 years of experience in workplace programs (such as food, events, transportation) or related fields like real estate, sustainability, or project management. Significant experience in facility management, hospitality, corporate services, or property management is also essential.

Demonstrated experience in vendor or contract management, coupled with a proven track record in developing and executing communication and engagement strategies, is required. This role necessitates leadership experience and a strong understanding of event operations, AV systems, stage lighting, event power requirements, and hybrid/virtual event technologies.

Preferred candidates will possess 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including extensive event planning and coordination. A technical discipline combined with business or management experience, showcasing both technical and financial leadership, is highly desirable.
