EY's Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team is seeking an experienced professional to enhance its Controllership Transformation practice. This role focuses on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) areas, offering advisory services in accounting, regulatory support, and process optimization. You will leverage your expertise in FP&A and Consolidation & Reporting to drive efficiency and high performance for clients.

As a Senior FAAS professional, you will provide technical delivery and subject matter expertise by understanding client challenges and implementing Workiva solutions. Responsibilities include performing current state assessments, developing system requirements, mapping data flows, and designing optimal governance options. You will utilize Workiva Wdata & Wdesk for template creation, data integration, and reporting across financial, management, and regulatory domains.

Key duties involve redesigning processes for efficiency, staying updated on industry trends, and supporting project management activities. You will also lead business development efforts, conceptualize client-specific solutions, develop proposals, and collaborate across service lines. Furthermore, you will contribute to internal capability development through training and operational initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should have 2-6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a Graduate degree or MBA. Proven experience in end-to-end Workiva solution implementation for Financial Reporting, ESG, and GRC is essential. You must possess strong skills in current and future state analysis, process optimization, data integration, and data analytics.

Candidates should have excellent communication, team-building, and presentation abilities, with experience in SQL and system integration. Familiarity with ETL tools like Power BI and Alteryx is required. The role demands demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and manage multiple assignments. Workiva certification is highly desirable.
