In this role, you will analyze, review, and forecast complex data to support operational and business planning. You will compile trends, present findings for review, and develop recommended business solutions through thorough data and process analysis. Your responsibilities will also include supporting short and long-term strategic initiatives, analyzing key operational metrics like volume, handle time, shrinkage, and SLA performance, and performing other assigned duties.
This position requires you to comply with all employment contracts, company policies, and directives, including those related to flexible work arrangements and operational changes.
Key tasks include: - Compiling, analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, and trending complex data. - Presenting analysis and interpretation for operational and business review. - Supporting operational and strategic business activities through analysis. - Developing and implementing recommended business solutions. - Supporting ad hoc business activities through analysis and reporting. - Reviewing and reporting on key operational metrics.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Management or a related discipline. A strong background of at least 3 years in long or short-term capacity planning, or 3 years in Provider Operations is essential.
Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and modeling data is required, alongside intermediate skills in PC-based software programs such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications include experience in the Healthcare industry, familiarity with Workforce Management (WFM) software, and intermediate proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau. Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills (both oral and written) are highly valued to influence business decisions and identify trends.
