Design, implement, support, and optimize business workflows across enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow (SNOW) and SAP SuccessFactors (SF).

Leverage expertise in workflow management and business process automation to drive efficiency.

Collaborate with global stakeholders across various business functions to understand and address their workflow needs.

Contribute to service delivery and process transformation initiatives, ensuring best practices are applied.

Engage with IT, Shared Services, and Operations teams to align workflow solutions with organizational goals.

Possess 8-10 years of experience in workflow consulting, business process management, or related enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or Salesforce.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of workflow automation, service delivery, and process transformation principles.

Exhibit in-depth knowledge of shared services operations and enterprise workflow management.

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, automation best practices, Agile delivery models, and change management processes is essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is advantageous.
