We are seeking a skilled Workday Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and maintenance of robust integrations and security frameworks within the Workday platform.

As a Workday Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in: - Developing and managing intricate integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS. - Overseeing Workday security configurations, including Role-Based, User-Based, and Integration Security Groups. - Designing and maintaining Workday data architecture leveraging XSLT, XML, JSON, and APIs. - Troubleshooting integration issues, leading bi-annual Workday release adoptions, and optimizing platform performance. - Collaborating with HR and Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

We are looking for candidates with: - A minimum of 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to hands-on Workday technical development. - Proficient expertise in Workday Studio, Calculated Fields, and PICOF/PECI. - An active Workday Integration Studio certification is highly preferred. - Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and lead cross-functional teams.
