We are seeking a skilled Workday Technical Lead to architect, develop, and maintain robust integrations and security frameworks within the Workday platform. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS. You will also manage Workday security configurations, including Role-Based, User-Based, and Integration Security Groups, along with overseeing data architecture using XSLT, XML, JSON, and APIs. Troubleshooting integration issues, leading Workday release adoptions, and optimizing platform performance are also integral to this role. Collaboration with HR and Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions is essential.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on hands-on Workday technical development. Essential competencies include expertise in Workday Studio, Calculated Fields, PICOF, and PECI. An active Workday Integration Studio certification is highly preferred. This position is based in Noida, UP, India.
