As an experienced Workday Reporting Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing complex Workday reports and dashboards. You'll partner with clients, translate their needs into actionable Workday solutions, and ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and reconciliation.

Your expertise will guide clients in optimizing Workday reporting functionalities, provide training, and analyze data to enhance HR decision-making. You'll also stay abreast of Workday updates to advise on the latest reporting capabilities and contribute to developing best practices within our Workday reporting services.

Partner with clients to understand and translate reporting requirements into Workday solutions. Design, develop, and test Workday reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and other analytics tools. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating report results against source data. Prioritize the HR reporting queue to ensure timely service and clear client expectations. Provide expert advice and support on optimizing Workday reporting functionalities. Document reporting processes, procedures, and training materials, including SOPs and job aids. Perform data analysis and build self-service tools to assess data integrity. Conduct workshops and training sessions on Workday reporting best practices. Analyze client data to identify trends and provide insights for HR decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction. Stay updated on Workday updates to advise clients on reporting enhancements.

A minimum of 9-12 years of direct experience with Workday reporting and analytics is required. Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing complex Workday reports and dashboards is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of Workday Prism and Discovery Boards is preferred. Workday certifications in reporting or related areas are a plus. Ability to manage multiple client engagements and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, project management, and planning skills are crucial. A service-minded approach and customer focus are expected. Flexibility to work in night shifts is required.
