This role centers on the expert configuration and management of Workday's Absence & Time-Off module. Key responsibilities include setting up time off types, plans, leave of absence policies, accrual rules, and eligibility criteria. You will also be responsible for configuring absence frameworks, including tables and balances, and ensuring robust Business Process Framework (BPF) and security configurations.

Further duties involve managing integration touchpoints with Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits systems. You'll guide the full implementation lifecycle from design through support, contribute to functional design documents, and lead UAT cycles and defect resolution. Strong stakeholder management and communication are essential for collaborating effectively with HR, Payroll, and business users.

We are looking for a seasoned Workday professional with 8-12 years of overall experience, with a significant focus on Absence & Time-Off functionalities. A Workday Absence certification is mandatory for this position.

Candidates must possess hands-on experience in configuring absence and time-off elements, alongside a deep understanding of Workday's BPF and security configurations. Experience with global absence implementations and multi-country rollouts is highly advantageous. The ability to create comprehensive design documentation and support post-go-live phases is also critical. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required to interface effectively with diverse user groups.
