Configure and support Workday Core HCM and assigned functional modules, including Absence Management, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, and Benefits. You will manage Business Process Framework, Security, Job Architecture, and Calculated Fields. Key duties involve gathering business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, supporting EIBs, Workday reporting, testing, UAT, and deployments. Additionally, perform Workday release impact analysis and provide essential post-go-live support, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders for successful project delivery.

We are looking for Workday-certified Functional Consultants with a mandatory HCM Core + one Advanced Workday certification. A minimum of 6 years of IT experience in the HCM domain is required, with at least 5 years of hands-on Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS engagements. Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle Workday implementations is essential. Strong expertise in Workday HCM Core, coupled with one advanced module (Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, or a relevant HCM sub-module), is crucial. A deep understanding of HCM business processes and the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, along with practical application of Workday implementation methodologies, is expected. Hands-on experience in testing, data migration, and validation, as well as the ability to conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions, are key qualifications.
