Seeking a seasoned Workday Extend Developer with 5-8 years of specialized experience in Workday ecosystem development and automation. This role focuses on designing, building, and supporting sophisticated custom applications within the Workday Extend platform to address intricate business needs. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday Extend, PMD Scripting, Orchestration Services, Workday APIs, WQL, RaaS, and Workday Business Processes.

Key responsibilities include architecting and deploying applications on Workday Extend, developing custom solutions utilizing Extend Model Components, Widgets, and UI Components, and managing Page Flows and application navigation. You will also configure App Manager, handle deployment processes, and manage the application lifecycle. Creating and maintaining PMD scripts for business logic, developing solutions with Orchestration Services for automation, and integrating Workday with external systems via APIs are crucial. Proficiency in WQL and RaaS for data retrieval, configuring Workday Business Processes, and designing custom reports are also key. Implementing security configurations like ISU and ISSG, performing root cause analysis for production issues, and supporting application upgrades are integral parts of the role. Collaboration with HR, Finance, Business, and Integration teams to deliver scalable solutions, while adhering to Workday development best practices, is essential.
