Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver comprehensive workforce insights and operational reporting. This position also offers the chance to mentor junior consultants and contribute to project success.

Focus on designing and configuring robust Workday business processes and organizational structures. Ensure seamless worker lifecycle management and efficient employee and manager self-service functionalities.

Lead end-to-end Workday Core HCM implementations and enhancements, including discovery workshops and fit-gap analysis.

Design, configure, and maintain Workday Core HCM components such as Supervisory Organizations, Job Profiles, Positions, and worker lifecycle events.

Configure and manage role-based and business process security policies, ensuring compliance with governance and data privacy.

Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, workforce analytics, Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports, and Discovery Boards.

Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, and IT leaders, offering Workday best-practice recommendations and strategic guidance.

Proven experience in leading Workday Core HCM implementations and enhancements.

Expertise in configuring Workday business processes, organizational structures, and security policies.

Strong understanding of worker lifecycle events, employee/manager self-service, and HR compliance requirements.

Ability to develop advanced Workday reports and analytics.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills for partnering with various stakeholders.
