As a Workday Consultant, you will be instrumental in managing data integrations, including designing and overseeing file transfers for monthly and daily transaction processing.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define precise data integration requirements and specifications, ensuring seamless data flow. Your role involves identifying and documenting complex field mappings from various source systems to the target Workday modules.

Furthermore, you'll develop comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, data dictionaries, and process flows. Proficiency in ETL processes, particularly with AWS for data transformation, is essential for this position. You will also be responsible for designing and maintaining robust lookup table structures to ensure data validation and transformation accuracy.

The ideal candidate possesses over 5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally with a background in mainframe data processing. Strong technical skills in Workday integration, ETL processes, and AWS cloud services are highly valued.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective requirements gathering and stakeholder management. A proven ability to perform process mapping and manage data transformations, including designing lookup tables, is expected.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including JIRA and Scrum, along with advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and documentation, will be a significant asset. Experience in multi-client project management is also preferred.
