As a Wintel Systems Integration Specialist, you will be instrumental in advanced OS troubleshooting, including corruption and kernel issues, GPO inheritance, policy failures, and performance diagnostics. You will analyze system logs to pinpoint root causes and validate complex change implementations. Your role will involve managing server patching exceptions, remediation, and patch failure validation.

Key responsibilities include executing recovery actions such as service rebuilds, agent reinstalls, and event-log-based corrections. You will contribute to our knowledge base, SOPs, and identify automation opportunities. Leading communication during incidents, coordinating with multiple support teams, and mentoring junior engineers will also be part of your mandate. Ensuring ticket quality and depth of troubleshooting will be essential.

We are looking for a Wintel Systems Integration Specialist with 13 years of experience in the Windows ecosystem. Essential skills include strong expertise in AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, NPS, and basic IIS. Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V environments is required, along with proficiency in reading and modifying small PowerShell scripts. MCSA certification is mandatory for this role.

This position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. While many roles at NTT DATA offer flexibility, work arrangements are subject to client requirements.
