Key responsibilities include administering, maintaining, and supporting Windows Server (Wintel) infrastructure across physical and virtual environments, ensuring optimal availability, security, and performance. You will handle the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022. Managing VMware and Citrix virtual server environments, including provisioning, monitoring, and performance optimization, is also crucial. Proactive troubleshooting of server, connectivity, and performance issues, conducting root cause analysis, and driving problem resolution are essential. Additionally, you will manage user accounts, access rights, server security hardening, patch deployment, compliance checks, and operating system maintenance.

This role requires 4-12 years of dedicated experience in Wintel Administration, Windows Server Management, and Virtualization technologies. Essential hands-on expertise includes Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 administration, installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting. Strong experience managing VMware, Citrix XenServer, and virtual server infrastructure within enterprise settings is vital.
