This role is crucial for planning, coordinating, and executing activities related to software and hardware development, deployment, and upgrades. You will troubleshoot project issues to ensure timely delivery and contribute to successful project implementations by maintaining established processes and procedures.

This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance organizational efficiency by serving as a subject matter expert for workforce automation tools. You will leverage basic templates and tools for tasks of minimal risk, impact, and complexity, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement within the IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include contributing to IT projects, building and managing Windows/Linux VMs and ESX hosts, and handling capacity changes for virtual machines and servers. You will actively reconfigure virtual machines and servers for optimal capacity through Vmotion and adjusting CPU/Memory/Disk allocations.

This role involves working with VMware, Cosmic, and LAPS, and resolving project-specific issues. You will coordinate product deployments, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure familiarity with change management processes. Experience with Service Now and its event, incident, and problem management tools is also part of the role.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required, encompassing planning, organizing, and tracking software/hardware development and deployment activities.

Essential skills include strong working knowledge of virtual infrastructure, x86 hardware, MS Clustering, and ESX hosts. Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, VMware, and Microsoft Office Suite is expected. Experience with TCP/IP, networking concepts, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting is highly beneficial. Secondary skills like Citrix Server/Desktop support and experience with backup solutions are also valuable.
