Lead large-scale Windchill migrations leveraging Windchill+ Bulk Data Migration Tool, loaders, and APIs. Oversee critical migration phases including pre-load validation, execution, post-load verification, and meticulous error resolution. Optimize migration performance and collaborate with SaaS tenants to manage Windchill+ constraints and update schedules, ensuring seamless transitions.

Provide expert technical leadership, conduct design and code reviews, manage risks, and resolve complex issues. Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment within Agile/Scrum frameworks for global implementation programs.

A minimum of 10 years in IT, with over 6 years dedicated to hands-on PTC Windchill PLM experience, is essential. Proven expertise in leading enterprise Windchill migrations and transformations is required.

Demonstrated proficiency in the Windchill Data Model, WTPart, EPMDocument, Product Structure/BOM, Change Management, Lifecycle Management, Workflows, and Classification. Strong development skills in Java/J2EE and scripting for migration automation, coupled with experience in Oracle/MS SQL databases. Expertise in processing XML, CSV, and JSON data, along with ETL tools and migration frameworks, is crucial. Knowledge of ERP (SAP) and CAD (Creo) integrations is highly valued.
