Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale PTC Windchill PLM solutions. Define PLM transformation roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable Windchill architectures covering PDM, PLM, Change Management, Document Management, Classification, and Product Structure.

Architect integrations with enterprise systems like SAP, ERP, MES, ALM, CRM, and engineering applications. Drive fit-gap assessments, workshops, and technical governance. Ensure adherence to best practices, performance standards, and compliance guidelines. Guide implementation teams through all project phases, from configuration to support.

We seek individuals with a minimum of 12 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years dedicated to PTC Windchill PLM. Demonstrable expertise in architecting and delivering large-scale Windchill implementation and transformation programs is essential.

Key skills include a deep understanding of the Windchill Data Model, WTPart, EPMDocument, and core PLM functionalities. Proficiency with Windchill APIs, REST Services (WRS), Info*Engine, and Web Services is required. Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL, XML, JSON, and enterprise integration technologies is a must.

Experience with CAD integrations (Creo, CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD), PLM implementation methodologies, and application lifecycle management is crucial. Familiarity with Windchill upgrades, cloud transformation, and modernization initiatives is highly valued. Knowledge of infrastructure architecture, security, performance optimization, and high-availability solutions is also expected.
