An experienced Windchill Developer is sought to enhance our team, focusing on designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Windchill PLM environment. This role involves extensive customization and configuration of workflows, lifecycles, system settings, and user access controls.

The developer will also be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving complex Windchill issues, alongside providing essential technical support and training to end-users, ensuring seamless operation and adoption of the PLM system.

Key duties include developing, implementing, and maintaining Windchill systems through expert customization and configuration.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues within Windchill applications.

Conduct thorough system and user acceptance testing, and deliver comprehensive training and support to end-users.

A strong command of Windchill PDMLink and its customization capabilities is essential.

Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and SQL is required, along with demonstrated experience in Windchill Business, Workflow, and System Administration.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory. A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience is expected for this position.
