This role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing PLM business processes within PTC Windchill to ensure seamless integration between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and enterprise IT teams. As a Windchill Process Consultant, you will lead AS-IS and TO-BE process workshops, analyze and design Windchill processes for Part, BOM, and Document Management, Change Management, and Release workflows. You will translate business needs into functional requirements, provide guidance on Windchill modules like PDMLink, and recommend optimal approaches for configuration versus customization. Your role includes validating functional feasibility with technical teams, supporting SIT and UAT, assisting with defect resolution, and facilitating organizational change management from a process perspective. You will prepare user documentation, conduct training, and ensure business readiness for go-live, also supporting process impact analysis for upgrades and data migration, and validating migrated data integrity.

We are looking for a seasoned PLM/Windchill Process or Functional Consultant with extensive experience. A deep understanding of engineering change processes, configuration and release governance, and product structure/BOM management is essential. The ability to translate business processes into functional specifications and strong hands-on exposure to PTC Windchill, particularly PDMLink, are mandatory. Experience with MPMLink, PartsLink, or Supplier Management is advantageous. Typically, candidates will have 6-12 years of experience in PLM/Windchill programs, preferably within Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial, or Medical Devices domains. Excellent workshop facilitation, communication, and analytical skills are required to bridge business and IT, alongside a structured documentation approach and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
