Lead comprehensive Windchill migration programs, overseeing assessment, planning, execution, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.

Develop effective migration strategies from legacy PLM/PDM systems to PTC Windchill.

Manage and drive data extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading processes.

Execute the migration of critical data elements including Parts, Documents, CAD Data, BOMs, Product Structures, Classifications, and Change Objects.

Foster collaboration with business users, architects, administrators, and technical teams to ensure successful migration delivery.

Possess 8-15 years of experience in PLM implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.

Demonstrate strong expertise in PTC Windchill PDMLink and core PLM functionalities.

Exhibit hands-on experience in Windchill migration, upgrade, and consolidation programs.

Have experience migrating data from systems such as Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Agile PLM, SmarTeam, SAP PLM, or custom legacy systems.

Show a strong understanding of Product Structure Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, and Classification.

Familiarity with Windchill Bulk Migrator, Data Loaders, Info*Engine, and Windchill APIs is essential.
