Define and lead the architecture strategy for enterprise-wide Windchill migration and transformation programs. Assess current PLM landscapes and design target-state architectures in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead migration assessments, data discovery, system analysis, and develop comprehensive roadmaps. Architect migration strategies for various data types including Parts, Documents, CAD, BOMs, and Change Objects. Establish architecture standards, migration frameworks, and data governance models. Develop scalable and secure migration solutions using Windchill APIs, WRS, and integration technologies. Oversee data mapping, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation processes. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Conduct architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and technical governance meetings. Support upgrade, cloud migration, application modernization, and digital engineering efforts. Drive technical risk assessment, cutover planning, and production migration strategies. Provide thought leadership and mentorship to project teams and technical leads.

A minimum of 12 years of IT experience, with at least 8 years dedicated to PTC Windchill PLM implementation, migration, or architecture. Demonstrated expertise in enterprise PLM architecture, solution design, and large-scale Windchill transformation programs. In-depth knowledge of the Windchill Data Model, including WTPart, EPMDocument, Change Management, Product Structure Management, Lifecycle Management, Workflow, and Classification. Extensive experience leading migration programs from legacy PLM systems (Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Agile PLM) to Windchill. Proficiency with Windchill APIs, Windchill REST Services (WRS), Info*Engine, Web Services, and customization frameworks. Strong experience in migration architecture, ETL, data quality management, reconciliation, and validation. Familiarity with Java/J2EE, SQL, XML, JSON, and enterprise integration technologies. Expertise in PLM integrations with SAP, ERP systems, MES applications, and engineering tool ecosystems is highly desirable. Experience with CAD integrations (Creo, CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus. Solid understanding of cloud transformation, infrastructure architecture, security, and performance optimization.
