Lead the comprehensive design, architecture, and implementation of PTC Windchill PLM solutions for global organizations in engineering and manufacturing.

Define scalable Windchill architectures, data models, integration strategies, and customization approaches that align with core business objectives.

Architect and implement robust solutions for Product Data Management (PDM), Change Management, Configuration Management, and Document Management.

Spearhead Windchill upgrades, migrations, performance optimization, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Design and govern critical integrations between Windchill and enterprise systems, including SAP, Oracle ERP, MES, CRM, and CAD applications.

Provide technical direction for customization and development using Windchill APIs, Java, J2EE, Info*Engine, and Workflow technologies.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to shape PLM roadmaps and solution blueprints.

Establish architectural standards, development guidelines, governance frameworks, and best practices for PLM implementations.

Lead technical reviews, conduct solution assessments, manage risk mitigation, and oversee implementation planning.

Mentor development teams and provide crucial technical oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle.

A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is essential, with at least 5+ years in a Windchill Solution Architect or Technical Architect role.

Demonstrate strong expertise in core PTC Windchill modules, including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, PartsLink, and Change Management.

Possess hands-on experience with Windchill customization, configuration, workflow development, and Info*Engine integrations.

Exhibit a deep understanding of Windchill architecture, object models, lifecycle management, access control, and release management processes.

Showcase experience in integrating Windchill with major ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA and Oracle ERP, as well as CAD tools such as Creo, CATIA, NX, and SolidWorks.

Maintain strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, REST APIs, Web Services, XML, and enterprise integration frameworks.

Have prior experience leading Windchill upgrades, migration programs, performance tuning, and cloud deployment initiatives.

Familiarity with Digital Thread, Digital Twin, MBSE, Model-Based Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 initiatives is highly advantageous.

Experience working within Agile delivery models and collaborating with global, distributed teams is expected.
