Join our Extended Product LifeCycle Management (EPLM) Team as a skilled Windchill Architect. This role involves close collaboration with clients and colleagues, guiding projects from initial analysis and client need assessment through implementation, customization, and reporting. You will engage with major clients across the medical, automotive, defense, and manufacturing sectors, tailoring solutions to meet their complex requirements. A strong blend of technical expertise and excellent communication skills is essential for providing support and delivering successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include implementing PLM project modules as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating a deep understanding of PLM concepts, practices, and procedures. This encompasses areas like CAD, Assembly, Part, Bill of Materials, Workflow Process, Release to Manufacturing, Revise, Change Management, Product Structure, and Process Management. You will also be involved in capturing and documenting user requirements through various specifications, and potentially designing ESI integration, SUMA, and Part Classification. Technical expertise in Windchill customization, integration via ESI/Webservices, and proficiency with the Windchill PLM data model and APIs are crucial. Documenting methodologies and lessons learned is also part of the role.

We are seeking candidates with 12-17 years of dedicated Windchill development experience. A Bachelor's degree, ideally in Computer Science or a related field, along with equivalent industry experience, is preferred. Essential skills include experience with integrations using ESI and Webservices, particularly with the Windchill API. Prior experience in the Automotive, Locomotive, and Medical Device industries is a significant advantage. Preferred qualifications include experience with ERP integrations, web-based development (JSP, Javascript, MVC, Spring), and in-depth knowledge of object-oriented methodologies and API development. Database experience with Oracle or SQL Server is a plus.
