Configure, implement, and support Workforce Software modules to meet diverse business requirements. Perform end-to-end configuration for core processes, policy profiles, and business process frameworks, ensuring seamless integration. Engage in testing cycles, data validation, and issue resolution, providing crucial production support. Uphold compliance with regional policies and organizational standards, maintaining integrity in all operations. Drive effective client communication, manage delivery cadences, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders across global locations, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring positive feedback.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Workforce Software Implementations is essential. Possess at least 4 years of experience in global payroll advisory or global payroll delivery models. Mandatory Workforce Software Certifications include PT101 (Workforce Software Fundamentals) and PT102 (Workforce Software T&A Configuration). Demonstrate proven hands-on experience in Workforce Software configuration and integration activities, utilizing the Workforce Policy Editor. Maintain a strong functional understanding of Workforce Software business processes and their practical application. Experience working with global clients, particularly across US, LATAM, and EMEA regions, is required. Proficiency in managing Exempt and Non-Exempt employee policy profiles is expected. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges. Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clarity and impact.
