As a Workforce Software Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering projects, facilitating client sessions, and providing subject matter expertise. Key responsibilities include full lifecycle project activities, ensuring designs meet business requirements, and serving as a Functional or Technical Lead.

You will collaborate with Process Specialists, advise project teams on build and test phases, and adapt to various project roles such as Engagement Manager or Application Consultant. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring compliance with regional policies, driving effective client communication, managing risks, and nurturing team development through coaching and performance reviews.

This role requires 12-16 years of experience, with a minimum of 6-8 years focused on Workforce Software, including Time & Attendance, Job Scheduling, Integrations, ACT, and Reports. Mandatory certifications include Workforce Software Fundamentals (PT101) and T&A Configuration (PT102).

Proven hands-on experience with the Workforce Software Policy Editor, a strong functional and technical understanding of Workforce Software business processes, and consulting experience on global client projects are essential. The ideal candidate will also possess team management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
