EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting team is seeking an experienced Manager with expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management and Boomi Integration strategy. Develop comprehensive UKG Pro WFM integration architectures, incorporating API-led patterns and event-driven frameworks using Boomi. Recommend best practices for Boomi AtomSphere platform implementation, management, and governance. Conduct risk assessments, identify compatibility issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to quality, security, and platform standards through rigorous code reviews.

Translate complex technical requirements into clear deliverables and manage dependencies. Participate in full lifecycle integration activities, ensuring alignment with business needs. Act as a Subject Matter Expert, advising project teams during integration build and testing. Oversee delivery quality and all aspects of operational management.

Manage engagement risks, project economics, and escalations, ensuring effective planning and budgeting. Focus on exceeding client expectations and identifying opportunities for engagement expansion. Contribute to firm growth through engagement delivery, client sessions, subject matter expertise, sales support, and shaping expansion opportunities. Develop thought leadership and build capabilities in payroll consulting and WFM services.

We are looking for seasoned professionals with 12-16 years of experience, including a minimum of 8-10 years focused on UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions and processes. Essential experience includes working in a consulting environment on global client projects within time and attendance, workforce management transformation, and shared services advisory.

Demonstrated team management skills are crucial, along with the ability to provide expert advice on Workforce Management processes and systems. A Boomi Professional Developer Certification/Badge is required. Strong proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SFTP, WIM, and SQL is necessary. Experience with Groovy scripting or JavaScript within Boomi is highly desirable.
