EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in Boomi integration development for UKG Pro Workforce Management. This role is instrumental in the growth of the GDS People Consulting (PC) team within a leading global professional services organization.

The team provides client services in Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support. Enablement Services offers cost-effective, high-skilled services in areas like Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, and IT. Innovation specialists enhance GDS capabilities through analytics, digital solutions, and advanced technologies.

As a Senior Consultant, you will design, build, and support end-to-end UKG Pro WFM integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform. You will manage the entire integration lifecycle, including discovery, design, configuration, build, testing, knowledge transfer, migration, and post-production support for third-party systems.

Key responsibilities include implementing API-led and event-driven integration patterns, performing data mapping, validation, transformation, and error handling to ensure data accuracy. You will analyze Boomi logs to diagnose issues, monitor system behavior, and optimize workflows. High-quality deliverables, accurate technical documentation, and effective client communication are essential.

You will collaborate closely with global client stakeholders and project team members, working within a distributed delivery team. Contributing to thought leadership, collateral, and internal capability-building efforts is also part of this role. Consistently delivering high-quality outcomes is crucial for achieving strong client satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you need 6-9 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in Workforce Management (time management, attendance, forecasting, scheduling) and Payroll consulting. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Essential qualifications include experience in a consulting environment on global client projects and a Boomi Professional Developer Certification/Badge. Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, data mapping, and ETL frameworks is necessary. Proficiency in Groovy/JavaScript within Boomi and experience with API testing tools like PostMan are highly desired.

Ideal candidates will possess demonstrated technical proficiencies in UKG WFM, a practical approach to solving complex global Workforce Management challenges, and strong technical knowledge of end-to-end WFM processes. Analytical abilities and expertise in process mapping and documentation tools are also beneficial. The role demands professionals who are independent, self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable.
